I just had to reject two accounts today due to the IP addresses.

PLEASE READ THE REGISTRATION AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.  Your account WILL NOT be approved if you are not using your home IP.  Once your account is approved is a different story.

Also, if you're a bot trying to register--don't even bother.
