As I told Rowan, this was a completely different building than the one I work in.  Really scary though, since I know a few people who work(ed) in the Echelon building.  After Wey woke me up I just started to get this funny feeling that it was a tax protestor who'd done it.  Sure enough, I was a bit TOO right. :-/
